I will pay the rent of Two Hundred dollars per annum for the term of five years agreeably to the conditions prescribed in your proposals for the Leasing of Salt Springs under date of the 28th day of August last for the following described tracts of last for the following described tracts of Land viz-- "Sections No. 1, 12, and 13 in Town Ten South and Range 29 West," and also Sections No. Eleven and Fourteen in Ten South and Range 29 West" with the exception of the following tracts to wit, "The West half of the N. E. quarter of Section No. 14 and the East half of the S. W. quarter of Sec. 11 To. 10 S. R. 29 W., the east of the N. W. Qr. of Sec 11 Town 10 S. Range 29 West and the West half of the S. E. Qr.
