And the said Barrow hereby obligates himself to furnish said land one mule and feed said mule and the plow tool, the said Haines turnes over to said Barrow one half of every thing raised on said land during said year. The said Barrow agrees to furnish the said Haines one hundred pounds of Pork which is to last till the 1st of May and after that then four hundred pounds more and fifteen bushels of corn during the year also one half barrel flour by 1st of May and one and a half barrels after 1st of May. Also the said Haines obligats himself to pay all of said or other advances or indebtedness to said Barrow out of his interest of said crop for indebtedness really made from this date to 1st of Jany 1871. All the crop is Barrows till he is paid, and Barrow is to have the management of said crop in cultivation etc. but we agree not to force said crop in the market before the expiration of said year or till first March 1871. This December 7th 1869.
