In this short article, Nielsen identifies ten mistakes commonly found in a Web page. Find a Web page that makes some of those mistakes and describe them. Print the page and attach it to your answer.

2. Discuss Braitenberg's Vehicles: Experiments in Synthetic Psychology. What is a vehicle? What are the basic components of a vehicle? Describe vehicles 2a and 2b, how are they different in design and behavior? What do the vehicles tell us about us about psychology?

This chart details the current laws covering communication and medium. Using that chart answer the following:

• A. does SAU have the right to read your e-mail on mail.saumag.edu?
• B. does SAU have the right to read your e-mail on your ISP (i.e., magnolia-net.com, hotmail.com)?
• C. does the government need a warrant to seize your hard drive?
• D. does SAU need a warrant to seize a hard drive that they own that is being used by a faculty member?
• E. can the government check a phone call in progress without a warrant?

In each case, cite the law that covers the situation described. In each case analyze the effect encryption would have on the government's ability to proceed.

4. Describe the search process you engaged in while preparing your Web page for this course. What search engine(s) did you use? Did you use Sherlock? Describe a specific search you made and how that search ended up as a link on your Web page.
